Alex Paul Consulting provides a full compliemnt of PC, laptop & tablet repair services, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. From personal computers and tablets to printers, workstations and server repairs, our technical team can tackle any size repair job. Our technicians have a wide range of experience and expertise.
Repair services are available on one-time and contract basis. All repair requests will incur a one-time, non-refundable Diagnostic Fee. After diagnosis, an estimate of service hours and parts required will be provided, along with a likely repair timeline.
We will keep you informed thoughout all phases of repair service and apprise you immediately of any changes or additional diagnosis.
One-Time Service Rates:
- Diagnostic Fee - $100 non-refundable
- PC, Laptop & Tablet Repair - Parts + $40/hr Labor
- On-Site/Server Repair - Parts + $50/hr Labor
- Printer & Equiptment Repair - Parts + $35/hr
Contract Rates:
- Service Contracts are available
- Contract Rate based on those listed above
- Rates are negotiable based on size and duration of contract
